  • Ā½ cup Perricone Farms Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Perricone Farms Lime Juice
  • Ā¼ cup club soda
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • Ā¼ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Muddle mint leaves with Perricone Farms Lime Juice, pineapple chunks, and sugar in 2 glasses.
