Featuring Natalie's Orange Juice
Ingredients
- 2oz Natalieās Orange Juice
- 1 can Saint Spritz Amalfi
- 1 tbsp rosemary syrup
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- Orange slices for ice garnish
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- To make the citrus rose ice cubes, thinly slice an orange. Using 3 orange slices per ice cube, arrange the slices in a circular pattern in each space of a large square ice mold. Pour water into the ice mold and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare the rosemary syrup by adding all ingredients to a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Allow to cool.
- To assemble the drink, place one ice cube in a coupe glass.
- Top with the rosemary syrup, ½ a can of Saint Spritz Amalfi, and a splash of Natalieās Orange Juice.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy!
