Lemon Honey Whiskey Sour
This smooth, golden cocktail blends whiskey with egg white, honey syrup, and Perricone Farms Lemon Juice for a silky take on the traditional sour. Naturally sweetened and citrus-forward, it delivers rich texture and just enough bite. Topped with a dehydrated lemon slice and cherry, it’s elegant, easygoing, and always in season.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1/4 cup Perricone Farms Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. honey syrup (1:1 honey and water, heated and cooled)
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 egg white
- Ice cubes
- Dehydrated lemon slices and cherry, for garnish
Instructions
- Make the honey syrup by whisking together warm water and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds and allow to cool.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add Perricone Farms Lemon Juice, honey syrup, whiskey, and egg white.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into 2 glasses with an ice sphere.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice and cherry.
