This traditional Mexican cocktail mixes tequila with Perricone Farms Orange Juice, grapefruit, and lime, finished with a splash of grapefruit soda and a Tajín rim. - 2 oz. Perricone Farms Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Perricone Farms Grapefruit Juice
- 3 oz. tequila (blanco is traditional)
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1–2 tsp. agave syrup
- Pinch of salt
- Grapefruit or lime soda
- Tajín or salt, for rimming the glass
- Ice
- Citrus slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass (or traditional clay cantarito cup) and dip into Tajín or salt.
- In a shaker or mixing glass, combine Perricone Farms Orange Juice, lime juice, Perricone Farms Grapefruit Juice, tequila, agave, and a pinch of salt. Stir or shake gently to combine.
- Fill your glass with ice and pour the citrus tequila mixture over.
- Top generously with grapefruit or lime soda, garnish with a slice of orange and lime, then serve.
