Lemon Basil Fizz
This garden-inspired fizz mixes botanical gin with Perricone Farms Lemon Juice, fresh basil, and egg white for a silky, aromatic pour. A splash of club soda adds lift to the rich foam, while the herbaceous citrus profile keeps things crisp and layered. Perfect for spring menus, al fresco gatherings, or cocktail hours with fresh energy.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- ¾ oz. Perricone Farms Lemon Juice
- 2 oz. gin
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2–3 fresh basil leaves
- Club soda, to top
- Ice
- Basil leaf or lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil leaves with Perricone Farms Lemon Juice and simple syrup. Add gin and egg white. Shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10–15 seconds until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and top with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh basil leaves.
