Hibiscus Margarita
This bold, high-color margarita is a menu standout and blends Perricone Farms Bar Mix with floral hibiscus syrup, tequila, and a hint of citrus. It delivers a deep magenta hue and a tart, subtly sweet finish with every pour. Finished with a hibiscus garnish, itās a striking take on the classic that adds color and flair to any occasion.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 oz. Perricone Farms Bar Mix
- 2 oz. tequila blanco (or reposado for a smoky twist)
- ¾ oz. hibiscus syrup (you will have extra)
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp. dried hibiscus
- ½ oz. triple sec or orange liqueur
- ½ oz. lime juice (optional)
- Ice
- Hibiscus flower or lime wheel, for garnish
Hibiscus Syrup Instructions
Simmer sugar, water, and dried hibiscus until reduced and syrupy, about 10ā15 minutes. Strain and chill.
Cocktail Instructions
- In a shaker, add Perricone Farms Bar Mix, tequila, hibiscus syrup, triple sec, and lime juice (if using.) Add ice and shake until chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Strain over ice into a prepared glass.
- Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower and a lime slice.
